Westchester Cat & Home Sitting offers you a free 30-minute consultation before you make a commitment. This in-home visit gives you and your pets an opportunity to meet your pet sitter, review our services, discuss your needs, and feel confident that your pets and home are in good hands.
We'll bring along our new client Welcome Packet containing a Cient Information Form, Visit Checklist, Service Agreement Key Handling Agreement and Supplies Checklist. These forms are also available for download on our website prior to our visit. (see "Forms" links below).
We'll also bring along our list of checkable client references for your peace of mind.
During the consultation, we typically review and discuss
the items on our Visit Checklist. We want to be certain nothing is overlooked in the care of your cats and home!
We also take a brief tour of your home to become familiar with your cat's routine and favorite hiding places, and find out where you keep items such as food, bowls, cat litter, etc.
If you decide to hire us, the Welcome Packet forms should be completed, signed and returned to us. At that time, we'll also need a set of your house keys.
A few days prior to the start of your cat and/or home sitting services, you'll receive a phone call from us reconfirming the arrangements. You can provide payment to us prior to or on the first day of service.
